Inter House English Debate Competition 2025
The two-days long Inter House English Debate Competition 2025 at Bangladesh Air Force Shaheen English Medium College concluded on November 20th, with Jupiter House emerging as the deserving champion and Venus House securing the runner-up position.
The competition, which began with great enthusiasm, saw participants from various houses engaging in a thought-provoking discussion on the motion "#The rise of misinformation on social media platforms threatens public trust". Shamaila Chowdhury from Venus House impressed the judges with her exceptional speaking skills, earning her the best speaker award.
The Chief Guest, Director of Education of Bangladesh Air Force, Air Commodore Abul Fazal Muhammad, BSP, GUP, ndc, psc praised the participants for their outstanding performance and encouraged them to continue honing their skills. The event showcased the students' critical thinking, teamwork, and public speaking abilities, making it a resounding success.
