📢 Final Term Notice: Script Showing, Report Card Distribution & Merit Award Ceremony
Respected Parents and Dear Students,
Assalamualaikum.
1. This is to inform you that the *Final Term Script Showing Day* will be held on *27 June 2026 (Sat)*.
Details are given here:
Date: 27 June 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Venue: Respective Classrooms
**Note that no complaints regarding script checking will be entertained after this day.
2. a) *The Final Term Report Card Distribution and Merit Award Giving Ceremony* will be held as follows:
Date: 04 July 2026 (Saturday)
Merit Award Giving Ceremony’s
Time: 9 am to 10 am
Venue: College Field
b) *The Final Term Report Card Distribution ( rest of the cards )*:
Time: 10 am to 11 am
Venue: Respective Classroom
**Note: The presence of all students in College Uniform, accompanied by their parents/guardians, is mandatory. Students are requested to be present in the college field by 8:45 am.
3. An Information Sharing Session on *O Level Subject Selection for STD-VIII students* (newly promoted) will be held as follows:
Date: 04 July 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 11:00 am
Venue: Multi-Purpose Hall (A Level Building)
