Student Attendance Policy (Minimum 75% Attendance Requirement)
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Assalamu Alaikum.
This is to formally notify you that BAF Shaheen English Medium College is implementing enhanced measures to ensure regular attendance among all students.
Please be advised that a minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory for every student. Exemptions will be considered only in cases of documented medical conditions or severe natural calamities.
Failure to maintain the required attendance will be regarded as a serious disciplinary matter and may result in the following consequences:
Suspension from sitting for assessments/examinations.
Cancellation of the student's admission, in cases of continued non-compliance.
You are kindly requested to ensure that your ward maintains at least 75% attendance at all times. Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated and essential for your ward's continued academic standing.
